Prior to joining Hayes Martin Associates, Inc., Duncan played an integral and fundamental role in account management at leading marketing and communications firms in Southern California. Her ambition to develop strong working relationships with her clients is evidenced by the level of organization of work-in-progress, supporting the efforts of agency account managers and team tactics, in addition to detailed budget tracking and project schedules. Duncan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/Public Relations from Southern Illinois University, where she was an active member of the Public Relations Student Society of America.
